Thanks Lisa for everything. We’ve had such a memorable holiday! You must have done your snow dance every day whilst we’ve been here. With family members going in all sorts of directions with different arrivals etc, you handled it all so everything worked like clockwork.
Hopefully we will be able to return next year.

I have never used a vacation service before, so was somewhat skeptical. Since we were traveling to a new area, I needed help. Terri at Rocky Mountain Getaways hooked me up!! She was very responsive, patient when I kept changing my dates and even answered questions about local events. We had no issues with rentals, lift tickets, or the shuttle service. The condo was clean, comfortable, and right on the shuttle route. I compared prices with doing it on my own and it was cheaper with Terri. If you are looking to book a ski vacation, I HIGHLY recommend using Rocky Mountain Getaways! My vacation was way less hectic!

If you are on the fence about booking with Rocky Mountain Getaways just do it. And if you think you should just book on your own think again. Elisabeth Mullen has helped me and my family with trips for four ski seasons and counting! She is amazing and finding just the right place to meet our wants and budget (especially at Steamboat). Elisabeth is also SUPER helpful at fixing travel hiccups big and small. She’s done everything from rebook our shuttle when our flight cancelled to contacting housekeeping to secure extra hangers. And I’m especially grateful because it means less time on the phone and more time on the slopes with my kids!

Great experience to snowmass/aspen. Great reommenation and organization of my familys trip including excellent rentals logistics guide service tickets and accomdations. Snowmass was a perfect recommendation for the kind of skiing we wanted, not to easy with some good blue to black (also good double blacks and hikes, not for me)

So far we have had an amazing experience with Terri, she was able to handle all of our needs. Very informative, transparent and really wonderful to work with it! Will definitely used her again. Will update post after our trip!
